NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over granting a divorce.
FACTS: The parties were married in 1946 and had four sons. At the time of this hearing, H was 39 and W was 37 and suffering from multiple sclerosis. H filed the petition of divorce based on the verbal cruelty in that W expressed her disappointment in not having a female child and blamed H for this failure and that W verbally abused him for this failure. The master recommended a divorce be granted.
