NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over a deed because of indefiniteness.
FACTS: A deed was described in inexact terms of about 8 acres with no description of that land mass to a stake, then a distance to another stake, and then more distances to a road etc. etc. Further descriptions included 43 acres more or less, about nine acres, to stakes that were unidentified etc. (see page 878-879 Rabin 4th)
