HILL V. SKINNER
81 Ohio.App. 375, 79 N.E.2d 787 (1947)
NATURE OF THE CASE: In an action seeking to hold Skinner (D) dog owners liable for damages arising out of an episode in which the dog was alleged to have injured Hill (P) minor, Ds challenged the judgment, which awarded damages to P.
FACTS: Hill (P), a four-year-old, filed suit against Skinner (D) for injuries he allegedly suffered when D's dog bit him. At trial there was no evidence of the attack, or of injury to P other than P's testimony. D argued that P was not a competent witness because of his age. D appeals a judgment in P's favor.
