NATURE OF THE CASE: This as a petition for a modification of a decree.
FACTS: The trial court issued a decree on March 2, 1928 (see page 285 Re 5th). On May 14, 1929, the same court amended its prior 1928 decree (see page 295 Re 5th). D appealed; a court of equity does not have the power to modify a final decree after the term in which it was entered unless a bill of review is made with sufficient grounds.
