NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over the boundary line between Pennsylvania and Maryland.
FACTS: P claims that the parties entered into a settlement agreement on a boundary dispute and P seeks specific performance of the settlement provisions. D objected to such a decree claiming that the court could not decree specific performance of an agreement concerning foreign lands, nor could it enforce its judgment even if it could make such a decree.
