ROSE V. ROSE, 755 P.2d 1121 (1988) CASE BRIEF

ROSE V. ROSE
755 P.2d 1121 (1988)
NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over property distribution for a short marriage.
FACTS: The trial court awarded each party to the divorce the property they came into the marriage with and by tracing determined the nature of each property acquired during marriage. The marriage only lasted 18 months. Both parties really did not give up their separate checking accounts, their cars, their prior owned homes or any potential present or future employment. It seems from the facts that W appealed.
