NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute about the damage a sheep dog did.
FACTS: Ps, McCormick and Blair filed separate actions against Rumbaugh (D) for injuries alleged inflicted upon their respective sheep by a dog owned by D. Each Plaintiff recovered a judgment and D appealed based on evidence admitted to show the propensity of his dog to attack sheep.
