NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a bill to sell sequestered property.
FACTS: P filed a bill against a trustee to have the trusts of a will carried into execution. A sequestration issued for want of an answer under which some leasehold houses were taken. P then petitioned that Ds be ordered to sell the houses and account for the proceeds.
