NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over the good will value of a business.
FACTS: Nam and Yoon were married and the marriage was dissolved in 1996. Nam got custody of the two children and Yoon was ordered to pay child support. The court divided the marital property and Yoon's medical practice, 55.4% to Nam and 44.6 to Yoon. This appeal resulted.
