NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a wrongful death and survival action.
FACTS: On February 22, 1977 a number of parties were killed in a crash of a Piper PA-31-310 aircraft near Springdale, Arkansas. The airplane sustained a mid-air breakup at about 10,000 feet and crashed to the ground. There were no survivors from the five parties on the plane.
