NATURE OF THE CASE: This was an appeal from an order overruling a general demurrer.
FACTS: P was a barber by trade. P was upset over the competitive tactics of D and sued him. D was a banker, decided to put P out of business, then established a barbershop, and then offered nominal rent for another barber to occupy it and drive P out of business. P sought $10,000 in damages. D demurred and it was granted. That was overruled.
