NATURE OF THE CASE: This was a dispute over the delivery of corn.
FACTS: D agreed with P to deliver corn at Shardlow within a certain time. Payment was to
be at time of delivery. D failed to deliver the corn and his defense was that P did not say
he was ready to pay for it. P sued D for breach.
