NATURE OF THE CASE: H appealed a judgment annulling his marriage to W.
FACTS: W sought annulment of a 20-month marriage to H because she was unaware of his severe drinking problem, upset of H's refusal to seek help, that he refused to seek work after the marriage was entered into, that their sex life was unsatisfactory and that he was dirty and unattractive. The court found W's consent was fraudulently obtained and annulled the marriage. H appealed.
