NATURE OF THE CASE: This was apparently an appeal from the discipline of an attorney for bad mouthing the court.
FACTS: D was found guilty of professional misconduct and censured. The charge was based on an article which appeared in Life Magazine by D that criticized the judges and said 'They're whores who have become madams...I would like to be a judge...but I don't know the going price.' This appeal resulted.
