NATURE OF THE CASE: Selders (P) appealed from a finding of Armentrout (Ds) negligent for the wrongful deaths of Ps' three children and returning a verdict against them in the exact amount of the medical and funeral expenses.
FACTS: Selders (P) sued Armentrouts (Ds) for the wrongful death of their three minor children.
