FACTS: P, court reporters, filed a declaratory action to challenge the validity of covenants not to compete in employment contracts. D, the employer, counterclaimed seeking specific performance of the covenants, injunctive relief and damages. The trial court held for P and the Court of Appeals affirmed. The Supreme Court of Ohio granted review.
