against Freddie (H) based upon interspousal immunity.
FACTS: W was injured in a car accident in Georgia. W was a passenger in a vehicle driven
by H. H and W reside in South Carolina. W sued H for damages. The court ruled that Georgia
law applied and dismissed based on interspousal immunity. W appealed.
